I had Mark and his team complete an electrical panel upgrade to 200A service, hot tub sub-panel installation and a few additional outlets and pot lights. Throughout the process, communication with Mark was extremely easy. Mark provided a competitive quote and performed the work as planned. The service entrance upgrade required replacing the old mast on the side of the house which was embedded in the stucco. I fully expected to have to fix it after but to my surprise, his team took a sample of the stucco and came back the next day with color matching caulking to finish the job cleanly. This was an unexpected surprise. All the work that was performed was well executed and done as per the electrical code, no cutting corners to save time or money. I would happily recommend Mark to anybody that needs any electrical work done.

Excellent service from Genesis Land Surveying. Easy communication and clear quote from the beginning. The survey included at no additional charge the CAD files which is often an costly extra with other surveyor (if at all available). After sending deposit, a technician came onsite to take all the measurements. At the completion of the job, the technician came back to install survey monuments on all property corners and explain to me how to read the survey report and find the property line based on reference points on the survey.

I just had my entire roof redone by J. Stewart roofing and I am 100% satisfied. I also had them remove an unused chimney up to the roofline and reframe over it. Throughout the whole process from initial quote (more than 2 years ago, revised quote, work scheduling, final inspection), John made sure I was happy and answered all my questions. I have an old house with a few complexities including additions at the back and front and poor existing venting in the attic. John and his team made sure to find solutions for all the issues and provided a quality final product. When John visited the house for the initial quote, he made sure to explain all the products they were planning the use and the reasons why it was appropriate on my house. Their quote was not the cheapest in town but it was certainly the most straightforward. I knew exactly what I was paying for and why. They also did not ask to be paid (even partially) before the work was completed to my satisfaction. Given the final result, I am extremely happy I went with J. Stewart roofing. Years of experience and a stable established business clearly makes a difference. Throughout the installation, they made sure to keep the area clean (including my neighbors properties) and picked up everything at the end of each workday. They also adapted to challenges encountered during the installation and didn’t try to charge me extra. A day after the installation was completed, John came to the house to perform a final inspection and ensure everything was done properly. I would certainly recommend J. Stewart Roofing to anybody.

I arrived home on a Friday night with a furnace blowing cold air while it was -15 degrees outside. I called 2 companies for emergency service and both told me they were too busy and would prioritize customers with a service contract so I should call back the next morning. On Saturday morning, the house had reached 11 degrees inside so I called Direct Energy which tried to push a maintenance contract on me and Husky Heating and Air Conditioning. Husky promised me a technician during the day (they said likely just before lunch). Technician Serjuei called to inform me that there was a lot of calls ahead of me and that he would be able to assist early afternoon. Serjuei showed up just after lunch and fixed the furnace promptly by replacing a faulty inducer motor. No suspicious sales tactic trying to get me to sign a $28/month service plan here.... I can't say if Husky was the cheapest option but at the end, they dispatched a technician fairly quickly after I called and did a excellent job fixing my furnace in this cold weather so I'm a satisfied customer. Will definately be calling them back in the spring to replace my aging air conditioning unit.
