Dave and his team did an excellent job pouring a concrete base and laying stone for our patio. Dave was very responsive and transparent with the costs and engagement duration. We had a few extra ideas after the fact and Dave accommodate those without a fuss. His team was extremely polite and the workmanship was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to others

Had an issue with the sewer drain backing up last Sunday. Was in a bit of a panic because this had the potential to ruin my finished basement. Looked up the first google result and called John at Express Rooter(happened to be the Pickering branch) who gave me an ETA of 2 hours for the tech to arrive. Matt McMillan the tech arrived much sooner, was completely transparent about the pricing and very empathetic to my situation. He answered all questions patiently, was very reassuring and shared his experiences on how to handle this situation if it ever happened again. He cleared the drain in a matter of minutes and made sure the dripping equipment did not mess up the house on the way out. Great guy very personable and wonderful to deal with.
