Milton and his team came to our house to replace the original builder railing system. We have two staircases and quite a bit of railing around the house. Milton and his team were professional from the get go. They had great ideas, great vision and came up with a great design. From there, the execution was flawless. The railing was properly measured, properly installed and was done on time. Milton was always communicative throughout the process and was very professional. I would recommend their services to anyone having a railing put in.

I initially heard about Mike (from Hi-Fi Citi) and his great discounts at the CNE sales. I had the chance to follow up with Mike over the years for TV purchases (especially Samsung), surround sound systems and home automation products. Mike is by far the best Samsung retailer in Canada. His prices simply cannot be beat. He leverages volume pricing to get you the best deal which is always far better than sale prices at the big box stores. His service is excellent and he is always around if you have any issues or questions. He also has a great list of tradespeople and was able to recommend someone to help me install and mount the TVs and setup my home automation system. I will continue to buy from Mike for years to come!

We live on a big lot and have mice come by every once in a while. We have purchased a Home Protection Plan through Pesticon and they provide excellent service. Khayyam from Pesticon is an excellent resource. First of all, they are very prompt in responding. I called today at 1pm and they were here by 4pm. Khayyam was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. He made sure to explain the details of all of the agents he was using and the impact to my wife (as she is pregnant). He was also extremely helpful in searching around the house for potential places where they may be entering the house. He patched the hotels both internally and externally. Khayyam and Pesticon are quick to respond, reasonably priced, friendly and most important effective in dealing with any pest related issues. I would definitely recommend them for your pest control needs.

I was looking to automate features in my home including the lights, media, alarm system, thermostats, blinds, etc. and mount some TVs and sound equipment. I spoke with a number of the other vendors on this site and even got quotes from some of them. I finally settled on Kennedy Hi-Fi for a number of reasons: 1) The owner Markus came to quote the project himself. He was very friendly and knew his stuff. I had heard a lot about ELAN for home automation and even had a doorbell controller from the previous owner which Markus indicated we could re-use, where others had told me needed to be scrapped. 2) Where other had come by and talked about having to re-wire the house and start from scratch, Markus recognized that the builder had put in some cables that they could build upon. He estimated 4 hours to figure out the existing system and equipment in place which was far less than anyone else. 3) At no point did Markus try to sell me over-priced expensive items including TVs, networking equipment, amplifiers, etc. He always told me that if I can source it for a better price, to go ahead and do that. I really got a sense of trust and comfort from Markus that I was making the right investment. Markus sent a team of guys over to do the install. It took a few days and everything was up and going. There were a couple of hiccups along the way with some of the equipment but I was not charged for any extra time it took as a result of these issues. In the end, I am very satisfied with the service. My system is up and going exactly as I had imagined and we even managed to come in a little under budget from a labor perspective. I would absolutely recommend Markus and the team at Kennedy Hi-Fi for all of your home automation needs.
