An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
In four years, we have used our wood fireplace once. Last weekend Fireplace West changed it to a full Napoleon gas fireplace. They had the best price, service and delivered it for Christmas. Its beautiful. They even did no charge extras like adding more insulation and fixing the tile grout. All in two days. With a new baby, we are looking forward to a warm and comforting place to spend the winter. Merry Christmas, Matt, Dan and Robin.
