I engaged this company to clean my condo on a bi-weekly service. The first two times the apartment was cleaned but I had to vacuum and clean the bathroom upon returning home after the cleanings because there was still visible dirt. The company increased my cleaning fee by 43% at the beginning of 2023 without any notice. When I responded that this was not an appropriate increase, after a couple of weeks they responded. This meant my regular scheduled bi-weekly cleaning was interrupted because I was not willing to pay a $30 increase per cleaning. The company acquiesced and scheduled someone to clean. On the day of the scheduled cleaning no one showed up. When I tried to call to find out ETA I got a message that the voicemail was full. I emailed but received no response. I rescheduled my meetings thinking this company would honour their commitment or at least let me know if the cleaning was not possible. I got no response on the day or in the following days. I figured maybe something bad had happened and I would receive an explanation and apology for keeping me hanging with no communication for days but received nothing. I would not recommend this company. The way they dealt with this situation shows a lack of respect for their customers.

I called Brilliant Shine Cleaners today after the cleaning company who was originally supposed to send someone failed to do so or communicate why. Despite the last minute request to come today and it being their day off Judith and Rayan came promptly at 2pm. They are both lovely people who have a passion for cleaning and for doing things right. They cleaned everything even getting on their hands and knees to get int the corners and to clean the baseboards. It is clear how hard they work to leave your home looking and smelling clean. I would recommend this company.

Zaneta fit me in to do a deep clean the weekend before Christmas. She and her colleague Monika arrived on time, brought everything, and did a really good job. I would recommend their work.

I contacted Doktor Handyman based on the reviews and he and his crew lived up to the recommendations. I had a kitchen island, with a granite top, I needed disassembled. It turned out to be a tougher job than anticipated and luckily KC showed up with two other people vs the one he was originally going to send because the job took all three to complete. Each person was incredible polite, courteous, and very considerate of my home. Once the island was disassembled they helped me to take the granite top to my locker and then set up my dining room table and chairs. I would definitely recommend KC for any handyman services you may require.
