Gord and crew designed and build both my front and back porch and stairs. Great attention to detail, friendly, professional, on budget and on time. Very clean and checked with me along the way to ensure I didn’t want to adjust/amend anything. Highly recommend!

Rand actually installed my pool 5 years ago. We have used them ever since to do our open and closing. There service use to be good but has started to go down hill fast over the last couple of years. This year was a nightmare. They said they opened the pool and in 3 days my pool was green with algae. I called in and reluctantly someone showed up and said they fixed it. Again 3 days later a green algae filled pool. I called back and was told they were short staffed and didn't know when they could have someone come back, convenient seeing I paid 3 weeks prior. I told them I would have to call another company then and reverse payment, they told me "you have to do what you have to do". I called Clear Blue Pools and had amazing service. They told me my salt water system had never been turned on at all. Regardless of informing Rand of my concerns etc.. Rand sent my bill to a collection agency for sevices I never received. I had to pay another company to fix their bad job. I will never use them again as they obviously do not value loyalty or quality of work. I have researched other pool company's now and realize that Rand is very over priced so I am glad now that this happened to make me more aware. I highly recommend you research other company's before using Rand to save you grief down the way.

I was given your name and number from a friend and it was suggested to me to have an inspection done. I called in to the office and was greeted extremely professionally with the attendant on the phone. An appointment was made at my convenience and very soon from the date I had called in. On June 15th Sam Brunelle showed up early, prepared, and with a smile. I was encouraged by Sam to ask questions throughout the inspection and he was very patient and clear on his explanations. He was very thorough and professional throughout his visit. In a very timely manner I was given the final report and suggestions on how to make our home more efficient. We finished our renovations and I called back and the greet was consistent, friendly and professional. A follow up inspection was made again at my convenience and with the same inspector 'for consistency'. Sam was thorough and clear on the follow up inspection as he was on the initial visit. All our communication with Carson Dunlop was followed up with emails from them to ensure clarity. Both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the service we received from Sam and Carson Dunlop.
