Scott and his team were retained by Insurance co 's choice of disaster restoration company. Honesty and good work were the bywords. It did take quite a while to pull it all together but we never felt that we were being forgotten. The work was good and loose ends were taken care of, and overall we were happy. Scott is a good man to have taking care of what you value.

After Ye Great Burlington Fludde of August 2014 we decided that it would be crazy to waterproof the house and restore the basement without installing the back flow valve. It was a very tricky job in very cramped situation and awkward pipe setup. Peter Knight and his crew did an excellent job of installing the drain and I couldn't believe how tidy the job was. Money well spent I think. Really nice crew, polite and thoughtful. It was done in a timely fashion considering the huge rush of jobs being done after the flood.

we paid for 1/3 of the cost the rest was paid by insurance. They came from Sudbury! a subsidiary of Promus came to do the initial work, tearing out of walls and carpets. They were so prompt. They took all the furniture and belongings with such care and attention to detail. They cleared all the junk away (along with the city whom we should thank too!). The restoration work was done over several months, this was not a quick process but done with care and expertise by a couple of subcontractors, predominantly A Step Above General Contracting. They were always ready to attend to details that were needed. All the crews were polite and thoughtful and seemed to be very skilled. We had nothing but good feelings of trust and reassurance that the job would be done as promised. Delighted with every aspect of the work by all of the people involved.

Hugely costly, but no surprise, it was a huge job. The teams were wonderful. They were punctual and stuck to their projected timeline. Efficient, smart guys, infinitely considerate and polite, a pleasure to have around. Great work with amazingly little mess considering the huge job that it was, inside and outside of the house. It was clearly tricky and they worked around the problems with less damage than they had anticipated. Thanks Robert for setting it up and thanks to Sam and his hard working crew, too many to mention by name. Anthony and Lee
