Dealing with Chip and Tanya was a pleasure. Chip was very attentive to our detail oriented client's needs throughout the entire project. His experience is a great asset ensuring nothing was missed. Response time was also very quick and turnover from suppliers was just as they promised. If any delays they were communicated immediately. Will definitely be using them again on our next project.
Company was very quick in turning over drawings for the custom media built-in. Turn around time to have the unit ready for install was reasonable as custom work should be. They were also very attentive to personal needs and design. Date of install they showed up on time and got right to work. Assembly took a day as stated and unit looks great!
Watt Roofing overall work was great and price very reasonable. Cons: Getting ahold of them. Took numerous calls and emails to get someone to site but they were very reachable when they wanted money. Pros: Quality of work
This was the first time I used Royal Overhead and I couldn't be happier with the sales rep. Stephany Guarascio. She came out when she said she would and made sure all measurements and custom design were done as needed. As the garage was still in construction upon her first visit she took the initiative to come out more than once to ensure measurements were exact and there weren't any errors. Install was timely however not done right the first time. It took a few calls to the service department to get someone back out there. This second service visit still didn't fix the problem and took more calls and another 2 weeks to get someone else back. Eventually all was taken care of and door looks and works great. Overall Sales was amazing but their service needs to catch up to that level.
