We recently purchased 6 appliances from Sam at Caplan Appliances. The experience was easy and Sam worked hard to give us the best deal possible. He knows an incredible amount about his products and was able to give us useful advice. He also followed up later to make sure that everything was ok. The excellent coffee and cookies that they give you while you shop doesn't hurt either!

Shawn is incredibly knowledgeable, gives great advice and does beautiful work at a reasonable cost. He did a full kitchen and living room built ins for us and made cost saving and style recommendations. A very nice, trustworthy person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
