Extremely responsive and pleasant to work with! When we had our washer/dryer delivered and tried to install it in our new home, we found the plug wouldn't go into the plug-in. Called Lexand and explained we had already been 2 weeks without clean laundry, and they had someone make a late service call for us that evening! They did it again when we had trouble with our stove plug in. Will call these guys back in a heartbeat if needed!

JTL lives up to its reputation! From the quick response on our initial request for a quote, to the installation, as well as the support we've received as we learned the system, the service has been excellent! We feel safe and secure now that our entryways, smoke alarm and sump are all monitored.
