We have a 30 year old cherry dining room table that was starting to show it's age and use with some significant scratches and gouges. Touch Ups Plus picked up our table and completely refinished the table top. They were able to arrange excellent movers and the table looks like new again. They we so easy and professional to deal with in terms of scheduling and completing the work to our schedule.

On christmas eve last year - 2008 - our sump pump failed and we had water starting to flood our basement. The Water Works was able to send a technician out on christmas day. They replaced our pump with a temporay pump they had on the truck (no pump suppliers open on christmas day) and returned first thing boxing day to install a new pump. A few days ago - Dec. 5, 2009 - the pump quit. The Water Works showed up the same day and once again put in a temporary pump while they worked to replace the pump under warranty. They have replaced the pump and on their own accord have decided to upgrade to a heavier duty pump to provide greater security for us and at no cost to us. In addition to be great "life savers", Michael has provided very friendly and extremely professional services.
