I had a cracked window glass in one of my bedrooms and searched companies online. I called a few but found them to be unprofessional and some didn't even return my calls, others gave me very high $ quotes. I came across Lakeshore Home Maintenance website and I was impressed so I decided to call. I spoke to Sarah and right away I was impressed by her professionalism and knowledge about windows. She gave me a quote over the phone which was very reasonable compared to the rest and a longer warranty which I was even more impressed with. So I called her back and scheduled a time to have them come over to my home and get my window measured. Sarah and Keith were pretty flexible and came on time. They were very professional and very nice people overall. When they came to install the window I was even more impressed by their team work while they got the job done. afterwards they cleaned up the area so well it was like they weren't even there. My experience with Lakeshore Home Maintenance was outstanding. Not only did they do great work, they are also very professional and also very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! Thank you Sarah and Keith :)
