On service call, Novel Care inadvertently overcharged me for a minor spare part (an A/C start capacitor.) I complained and they kindly responded in a couple of days with an offer of a refund for the part, which I accepted with thanks. They have credited my credit card with the refund amount, plus tax. Of course, I paid for the service call, as agreed. The technician was friendly, prompt and competent. I can recommend Novel Care for furnace and A/C service.... we have used them for many years and will continue to do so. Signed: Electrical Engineer.

Replaced asphalt with interlocking bricks. Widened driveway to two car width. Here are at least nineteen extra words as requested by this site... thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen seventeen, eighteen, nineteen.... there that should do it!

He had very good trades. He was a good project manager. Quality of the work was excellent. I was the site engineer (as well as the client), responsible for the structural design and drawings so had a lot of interaction with John and the trades. However, we felt John would be happier without the client around him. He is very trustworthy and has high standards. We got to like John and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. We would recommend him to our friends.

But i truly belive of all my thousands of projects this beautiful addition we did on the back of your home and the process it was completed truly deserves a 10+. Well guess what?
