We were looking to enlarge a basement window and add another. Anwar was very knowledgeable and was able to assist us in submitting the building permit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a competent and experienced engineer.

After we moved into our new home we discovered that our dryer vent, central vac, and ducts needed some serious cleaning. We called Paul after reading the fantastic reviews here on Homestars and were not disappointed to say the least. Paul not only cleaned our dryer vent, but pointed out that the materials used for our venting was not up to building code and was therefore a considerable fire hazard. He not only rectified the duct work, which would have cost us at least a couple of hundred dollars more, but did not charge us extra! The fantastic service did not stop there, however. A few weeks later we had our vents cleaned by his staff and we were provided with the same courteous and professional service that we had received from Paul. In addition to this, Our central vac was in very rough shape and this was cleaned out at no extra charge. From start to finish we would absolutely recommend this company. Even though it may not be the cheapest out there, the lack of headache, professionalism, and extra services are more than worth it.
