In the fall of 2008 we were extremely shocked to discover that we had bedbugs. We reported this to the management who immediately sent in exterminators, but though things were better, our problem did not completely go away. Eventually we decided to choose our own company, and based on the reviews I read on the net, I picked Mr. Waheed Ahmed at Pesticon Pest Control. Mr. Ahmad is very professional, and very personable. The best thing is that he guarantees his work, and so was as anxious as we were to get rid of these bugs, and I found this attitude to be extremely reassuring. He is always very easy to reach by phone or e-mail. He returns calls very quickly, and is willing to answer any questions. He will try to come whenever you need him to. Because of his efforts, I am hoping we are now pest-free, but because other apartments here have also been infested, I guess we can't be positive of staying that way.
