Very fast response, I called and Gancy was here 3 hours later. He confirmed I had a wasp problem and solved the issue. If I have any further problems I can call him back and I would definitely call him again if I had any pests anywhere else on my property. I needed two faucets replaced, shut off valves installed plus a replacement shut off valve in the basement. Dave responded very quickly, called back within the hour and was able to fit in the work on same day which exceeded my expectations. He is a fast and skilled worker, I'm very pleased with the work he did and he is absolutely honest with his advice. His costs are also very reasonable, especially compared to other plumbers I've used in the past. I would call him again for any plumbing work I need and will be sure to recommend him to friends and family in the area.

Twin Peaks was the only honest company who came to give me an estimate 18 months ago, made a repair to stop a leak and told me I didn't need to replace the roof just then. Two other companies gave me estimates, and one was adamant I needed to replace the shingles immediately or I would have major problems that winter.... which I did not. So when it did become time to replace the shingles this year I contacted Twin Peaks. Max was very helpful, the crew did an excellent job and were extra careful on the clean up for me so it was safe for my dog to venture outside when they finished. I am very happy with the look of the new roof and am confident it will be watertight and good for many years to come. I would highly recommend this company.

Mark could not have been more helpful, he did a great job with the faucets and sinks in bathroom and kitchen and willingly fitted the work in around my changing schedule. I'm very happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to recommend him.
