Ricardo installed some light fixtures and a ceiling fan for me. I am completely impressed with the work, the timeliness and the cost of this project!! Ricardo communicated with me via email, and was more than willing to accommodate my work schedule. This was tremendously helpful and reassuring, as I had been waiting a long time for a different person to do this (who left me hanging three times). I had been nervous about the cost of this project, as I am unable to do any of it myself. Ricardo came through with a perfect price. I would recommend Silver Lining to anyone who asks!! Thank you!

Brock installed 2 windows, a patio door, a front door and garage door. Despite some initial gaps in communication, both projects were done on time and the garage I believe was early. When I had a bit of a problem with the garage door closing, Jaime made time to get to my house within 24 hours and corrected the problem for good. Ziggy was great with the rest of the install, and both of them took time to explain how everything worked, and made sure each was installed up to spec. Very pleased with the work, and the house was warmer in 3 hours than it had been all winter. Cheers!

Called Enercare for service for furnace... Jay arrived at the house. He was on time, super courteous and provided me with all the information I needed to make decisions about maintenance of this furnace vs getting a new one. He even gave advice about the water heater while he was working.... very helpful and will definitely recommend!

My neighbours and I engaged the services of TR last fall to replace the roof on our townhouses. After checking many companies, Turnbull was the best bet... They were the most professional, helpful and courteous people, and they found a way to work with my schedule. They explained every service they provided (and the guarantee) as well as the contingency plan should something unexpected arise (but in the event, did not). They were done ahead of schedule, and checked with me to make sure there were no unanswered questions. What I really liked was that they said they would be around later to ask questions, and they really were available for me. Would recommend TR to anyone!

I appreciated that the technician was early for his visit... He worked quickly, and explained what l should look for if there was going to be a problem. He corrected the mistake the previous technician had made (very professionally) and made sure l could set it right myself later on. Thanks very much for the great service!
