I see from the majority of reviews that this company clearly couldn't give a crap about it's reputation. I ordered a couch with my Christmas gift money. They claimed to deliver it. I sat a home for a full 24 hours. No couch. They tell me there's nothing they can do and don't care if I "claim" I was home and I'll have to pay another huge delivery fee. I cancel my order. THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL IF THEY LOSE BUSINESS. They don't give one iota about customers. It was so upsetting that I wrote a whole blog post on this experience and I NEVER do that.

My inspector was very informative- to the point of giving me too much information in one session. As a first time home buyer there's a huge learning curve. Since buying my home I haven't found any major issues that were not in my report. The inspector was very clear on what issues he was unable to comment on (ie. if he could not see or access an area) and gave me info on approx. cost of the recommended repairs.

Unlike other furnace installers, Boris gave me a firm quote. He did not give me a low number with possible additions on the side like other places. He told me exactly what would be needed and figured out the full cost and that is exactly down to the penny what I paid. In the range of quotes I got, CW was on the lower end of the spectrum. I have had many workers come to my house with the attitude that their job is just to do the work and they lack all customer service skills. That was not the case with the installers who came to my home. They were congenial and tidy. Boris and his team are professional, polite and friendly.
