We called Canada's Restoration services for mould remediation in our basement. Aristides came to inspect our basement, we were very pleasantly suprised as he assessed we didn't need his services but instead told us how to do the work ourselves, as it was minor and to save us money. We really appreciated his honesty and expect advice. Meanwhile another company earlier had came in and quoted us 2500$ for cleaning this up. Shocking! We would call Canada's restoration services again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
Concrete exterior support column
John and his team did a fantastic job pulling out a crumbled concrete support block holding up our front porch and part of the front of the house and replacing it with very nicely cut/ fit stone work. It was done professionally, tidy and quickly, without any damage to the century home, which could have happened due to where it was attached to. They treated my house very gently. Plus, he noticed some brick work needing done in the same area which he pointed out and then fixed without charging. Talk about super great guy!!! I would definitely call him again and highly recommend him.
Our family was very excited about moving into our new first home, with Halloween just a few weeks away... we were very excited for our young son to experience having trick or treaters. We were crushed when days before we had to tear up our front stairs so plumbers could fix a broken sewage pipe. Without stairs we wouldn't be having trick or treaters. We called John. Not only was he pleasant and affordable, he was able to rearrange his schedule to accomodate building us new front stairs under short notice. On top of that, it ended up being a very rainy miserable day... the worst kind of working conditions. He was very cheery about it. Our new front stairs look fabulous. We would highly recommend him!
