Naiad came out to perform the winterization and they were nothing short of exceptional. There was a minor hiccup with the confirmation of the work getting done at the house. Although I was 99% certain it was completed they came out a few days later to re-do it just in case. Mistakes happen all the time...... it is really how they are handled and Naiad did great. this was our 3rd year using them.

Thank you for the great review! Our Service Manager did send the technicians back again as a precaution as we could not be 100% certain the blow out was completed.We would rather be safe than sorry with your irrigation system. We hope to speak with you next year for your fall blow out.
