I would like to say that in the past your repair guys were not up to par and most were not personable. However, we have had some repair/warranty work done by Ernie. We will not be using anyone else. This man knows his stuff about everything that Northern Comfort sells. He is extremely polite and does work that exceeds our standards. In all cases he did the job better than the installers. He is definitely a HUGE asset to your company and literally made everything we needed better. One of a kind guy! Northern Comfort Windows and Doors has been a great company for our family home. My husband and I just put in our third order through salesman Peter. Peter gave us great recommendations for our doors first order, and our windows the next. we just put in an order for the back of our house and he was able to get us our dream windows! we cant thank Peter, Northern Comfort or the install team enough. The quality of service, product and install is why we are back for a third time! Cant wait to get our windows in! And have highly recommended them and Peter to others. We just got our new front and back door installed yesterday. Northern Comfort was amazing from start to finish. Purchasing the doors was painless and no pressure. Great price for high quality, For installation we had the two greatest installers Darryl and Jay. They were very professional and courteous (lined our floors and covered our belongings with plastic). They were thorough and made sure the job was done right. They were a pleasure to have in our home, and will definitely be purchasing and installing with Northern Comfort again. You guys were great, can not say enough!
