I purchased a loveseat in August from Concord Furniture and was advised approx. 3 wks delivery. After 5 weeks, I called and left a message for Norma to call me. Apparently, she is the only person that can answer a question about your order. She never returned my call. I called several more times, left messages and when someone did answer the phone, they tell you to call back. I had to go into the store in order to speak to Norma and find out the status of my loveseat, but still got the run-around. Bottom line, 9 weeks later, 4 visits to the store, numerous phone calls, I was fed up and requested my money back. I got the loveseat delivered that day, but quite honestly, I was so frustrated with the company, I just didn't want to deal with them anymore. Their customer service is non-existant and the worst I've ever experienced. I would never purchase anything from this retailer again. I have no idea how this company has stayed in business. Had I known how frustrating this experience was going to be, I would never have purchased the loveseat. Now I just hope that it doesn't collapse like others have stated.
