Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Right from the first phone call AccuServ was incredible to deal with. During a recent cold spell our furnace stopped working. Within 4 hours of my initial phone call the tech was out to the house to inspect the furnace. Sadly, the people that had installed the furnace (not AccuServ) failed to provide proper drainage and the furnace had substantial prolonged water damage, after only 4 years with a brand new furnace. The furnace needed to be replaced. James at AccuServ was a pleasure to work with as we decided on what new furnace was best. He was quick to respond to many emails and phone calls. As soon as we made our decision on which furnace to go with- they were out to install it the very next day. They removed the old furnace, installed the new one and didnt leave any signs of their work. Tidy, professional, courteous, prompt...all words I would use to describe AccuServ. I would highly recommend their services.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. From the moment I first spoke to Mr. Roof Repair I was impressed with their approach to solving my issues. The assessment they provided was very thorough and explained the necessary repairs. I would recommend their services to anyone needing a quality roof repair.

Hey Paul... Our approach is focused on optimization and maintenance versus replacement, whereas the roofing industry at large diagnoses and provides solutions based on how their businesses are set up, largely to replace roofs. For consumers, their approach is not ideal as most roofing issues do not need to be solved with replacement. Some do of course, but for the majority, they do not. Our approach caters to all, as we do a lot of replacement, but prioritizes a diagnostic process which is unbiased and based on our clients true needs versus our own.
