Service tech showed up on time, as promised, finished within an hour. As no issues were found (all parameters within spec), we were happy with the service. Highly recommended for continued service.

4th Annual maintenance - no major issue. What happens once we reach the 10-year mark? Would like to get a reminder email/phone call a day or 2 prior to appointment - can do? Am looking for HRV pricing (unit, install - each separately), but your web site has no info - do I have to contact you offline? Also, how about selling & installing a 30 gallon standard efficiency hot water tank? All I see is a 50-gallon rental unit. I find (and believe others may be looking for this) that this will address my needs better than a 40 or 50-gallon tank.
While the above service was performed, there were 2 issues that were not addressed - still waiting to hear back, a week later and despite a promise for a prompt reply: 1. furnace switch was turned off and left there when the tech left - a mistake? 2. furnace (3+ years old) efficiency found to be 88% and is well below advertised value of 95% - why? Would like to know what the company plans to do as it is covered by the 10 year warranty
