Representative showed up to scope the work. Friendly/professional. Made a commitment to colour match the mortar that needed to be fixed. Masonry team showed up and covered all areas as discussed (good communication). End results is perfect and I can't tell where new mortar begins.

I kind of figured my furnace needed to be replaced but Mersey quickly determined safety issue and kept me safe. Knowledgeable sales and service staff meant a quick installation. Now the quality of comfort in the house is so much better I wish I had done it last year!
