I had a broken drain pipe underneath the kitchen sink so submitted a quote request on HomeStars. I received a phone call within an hour with information on pricing to replace the broken drain and the option to replace two, since the connected sink drain was the same age. Alex came out same day (within a few hours) and upon inspection, discovered that a previous contractor had glued some of the fixings, so they couldn't be replaced. Alex provided two options, either to cut apart the copper pipes and fix new pipes in between the glued elements or replace all the copper piping with new plastic piping. Alex was transparent throughout and he gave all available options & estimates on everything before he started any work. An overall great experience, thanks Alex
