I found this company after doing a Canada411 search and am so glad that I did. The company's customer service is what first hooked me - Susan was helpful and knowledgeable but NOT pushy. Once we started talking pricing, I was pleasantly surprised as everything was reasonable - flooring, installation, etc. My wonderful experience with the Alliance team continued after I signed the papers – everyone that I encountered was incredibly friendly and very professional. When the time comes for me to do another flooring project I will without a doubt look no further than Alliance! I will also continue to endorse Alliance to anyone who will listen! Thanks for the BEAUTIFUL floor and the unforgettable experience!
