The wood panelling under my bay windows was deteriorating badly and it was recommended by a friend to replace with stucco. I liked the look of stucco so as I usually do, first went to Homestars to look up ratings. I phoned David from Exterior by Design and from the moment I spoke to him was not disappointed. The work started on the day promised. Slavic who did the stucco was very professional, hardworking and pleasant. I cant even begin to say how pleased I am with the result. I had to keep going out and looking at it. Its absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this Company.

I cant begin to say how thrilled I am with not only the service, but the product of Optima windows. Alina came to my house and gave me an estimate. I compared with other companies and the price along with the rating in Homestars made me think I would go with Optima. Alina came to my house in May and I was told the windows would be installed in August. They were installed today. When I ordered windows some thing Ive never done before. I thought I would have to replace all the drywall inside the house around the windows. I didnt have to do any of this. The inside is finished beautifully. The outside looks wonderful. I need to get more windows for the back of my house and I certainly will be using Optima next year when I intend to do this project. Thank you optima you are one class a company. I had a large chimney that was deteriorating. It was about 7 ft by 3 feet. Trevor came to give me an estimate. I explained I didn’t use the chimney. He suggested I could do one of two things. Either rebuild the Chimney or remove and cap. He gave me an estimate for both and I chose the latter. His staff of three men arrived. They were very polite, hardworking, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They arrived at 10:30 and were gone by 5. They hardly stopped working except for lunch. I cannot say enough about this company. They are professional in all aspects even down to the drone they used to inspect my chimney. They also take crust cards which I like. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I bought a furnace 3 years ago from Cosmopolitan and because I was so pleased with their product decided to call them for a yearly maintainance check. They sent Ather Hasan. I was very pleased with his attention to detail. He was very thorough, did not rush the job and even showed me and my son how to change filters and also noticed that the battery was low in my thermostat and changed that and programmed it for us and I was very pleased that I was charged the amount originally quoted on the phone. Way to go Cosmo! Thank you Ather!

We had been looking for someone to install invisible shower doors for a long time. Found this company at the Home Show. Could not believe the service. They were on time, the workmanship was excellent. We had a small problem with the door and they immediately came back to rectify the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
