Sebastian delivers exactly what he promises to do, no time, on budget and then some. Totally understands the meaning of customer service, under promises and over delivers on the final product. Polite, efficient and timely. The quality of sod installed was 10/10 and one month later, is the VERY BEST lawn and boulevard on the street. Numerous neighbors have commented on the end result, ranging from "great job", "House frontage looks awesome" to "totally Amazing". We would hire Sebby's Sod & Sabastian any time.

We originally hired Carrigane Plaster Works to drywall our kitchen a couple of years ago. They exceeded our expectations then, and we knew would ask them back when we were ready to do the basement. The original scope of work was to drywall 1300 sq ft basement, with 2 bedrooms with closets, full bathroom, utility room, kitchen, dining and living areas plus all ceilings. Ronan and his team are professional through and through. The work was done as per agreed schedule, and price and they simply fix that small tuff that was not thought of by us when starting out on this adventure... if one can call renovating your entire basement that.. Ronan always had daily check points with us to make sure we were satisfied and to update us on any issues or direction/input he needed to ensure he was meeting our requirements.. during the job, we realized we did not have the time ourselves to Prime the drywall and asked Ronan if his company could do that for us.. He simply took the change request in his stride and made it happen once we agreed on the cost. Needless to say, we are very happy with the work that was done and will refer them to all of our friends and neighbours if/when they renovate their own houses.. This company let's you sleep at night.....

Marcello responded immediately to my initial inquiry. Jaryyd, the electrician was extremely easy to work with and he adjusted to late breaking change requests on the fly and totally delivers on the promises of no fuss, no muss. The work requested by us entailed a complete rewire of the entire kitchen, 25+ receptacles as we plan to install LED drivers/lights in all drawers and cupboards as well as under counter lighting + GFI where needed.So we put the power where it needed to be versus having a bunch of interconnecting or trailing connector wires. Jaryyd even took on the the unenviable job of crawling up in my attic (extremely difficult due to the truss system) to re-position my dining room light outlet so it could hang a 50lb llight fixture. All done with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend this company and their employees and will definitely use them for all future electrical work.

If there was a score higher than 10/10, Paul would get it. You wont go wrong if you hire this craftsman, which are rarity these days in the world of contractors. Here is the story - Having worked with numerous contractors before with mixed results, the craftsmanship and the manor it was conducted by was nothing short of spectacular. We recently renovated over 50% of 1970's house, using several other contractors, all that was remaining was to install 12+ speciality doors, Crown moulding, baseboard and trim because the last set of contractors we had interviewed were less than par. If we did not get this right, then all the substructure work (tiles/hardwood/electrical/drywall etc.) would be for naught as the doors and trim are what people see first when they walk into your home. Paul's work was excellent, always willing to provide solid advice on how to finish a certain area. Paul even installed and finished several areas of dry wall where we had several door frames heightened to meet todays modern look and the taping/mudding was flawless. Bottom line we would hire Paul again? Absolutely.
