We had an amazing experience with Restoration 1. We came home to water EVERYWHERE from a toilet that overflowed on our top floor! I never knew water could do so much damage! walls, ceilings, and almost all floors had to be torn out. We called Restoration 1 and within an hour Paul and his crew were there to assess the situation and started that Sunday night! Paul answered all of our questions (there were a lot) and even took over dealing with the insurance company which took away a lot of the stress. I also have a home based business and they focused on that area first so I would not have to shut down. The crew was ALWAYS on time and had things done when they said he would. Throughout the whole process was there was not one problem and they had my house put back together in no time and I must say the end result was fantastic! The work done by his repair crew is second to none. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 to anybody that finds themselves in our situation.
