She brought a wealth of experience and ideas to the project and worked closely with us thru the entire process, addressing all of our questions. We recently downsized our home and moved into a condo. The TCM team were excellent, very easy communication in planning the move with Jenna, the movers were on time and professional on the day of the move. Would happily recommend them going forward.

Service was great, very professional and prompt. The dryer wasn't economically repairable so was very pleased to be recommended to just go with a new one. Open and transparent on part costs too. Would definately call ARNI again.

I asked the BBQ boys to help clean and replace parts in my 15 year old Napoleon 450 BBQ. Set it all up with Neal and agreed on a price only to have the technician visit and proceed to ask for more money (even though they never provided a written estimate - even though I asked) and not finish the job. It still doesn't work. This really upset my wife who was here the technician was very rude to her. I've tried to remedy this for the past week with BBQ Boys and they have not helped. Not happy and would not recommend this company.

We had the A-1 quality technician come and inspect our gas furnace chimney liner and do a thorough cleaning. After an hour of hard work he professionally put the ducting back together and provided us with a report on the condition. Owen (the owner) then went the extra mile came by assisted us with the liner replacement. Very personal service and definately speaks to the customer commitment A1 Quality Chimney provides its customer. Excellent service, would recommend working with Owen any day.
