Communication 10 out of 10 One of their strengths. We appreciated a lot the timely updates. We never felt left in the dark at any point in time Scheduling 10 out 10 Very accommodating. They were punctual and very respective of our schedules as well Workmanship 9 out of 10 To get a 10 in my books it means the work is perfectly completed the first time around. I realize this is a high expectation. Overall the finished product was 85 % good. There was some imperfections which they fixed later and the final product was beyond satisfactory After service 10 out 10 As a home owner there is always that anxiety that the tradesman will disappear after the last payment. This was never a problem. They responded to our needs without a flinch, what matters the most to them is that we are satisfied with the final product, we truly appreciated this work ethic! Tip Suggestion to pay extra for priming since this step generally surfaces up notable imperfections Conclusion We are extremely pleased with the completed project and will undoubtedly seek their service again. We have no problem to vouch for them. My overall rating would be around 9.5 however given such a flawed rating system (there is no way that everyone is a 10 here!) I will rate EQ Construction a 10 to play fair.

Our experience has been nothing short of stellar - from the initial estimation visit to completion and later to coming back to do minor fixes. However what really made a difference for us is the contractor’s speed in returning our calls to answer questions or to address any concerns/changes!
