Our 25 year old electrical panel in our condo failed and started sparking and melting when we ran our washing machine. We called Neil after 6pm and he came by the next afternoon to fix it. Upon taking a look he advised we would have to replace the panel. 3 days later he installed the new panel after getting the appropriate permit from the city. The service was completed quickly and and professionally. The required deposit was 3/4 of the total price of service which was rather high but other than that Neil completed the work in the estimated time and within the quoted cost.

We bought a new sink and the drain holes didn't line up with the old ones. We also needed to replace the copper pipe that ran to the dishwasher with a flex pipe. Milani booked a plumber for us to come the same day we called. We had some problems with anchoring the new sink and had to delay the plumber, who arrived early the next morning to do the work. Jason was very courteous and friendly. Always removed his shoes upon entering our condo (even though our place is a mess from the renos we are doing!). His extensive experience as a plumber enabled him to complete the work very quickly. The work was great and he explained everything he was doing as he went so that we knew exactly what and why he did what he did. Jason was a delight and we will definitely call Milani again and ask for Jason the next time we need a plumber. Thank you Jason and your great dispatcher who I dealt with over the phone. You guys are fantastic!
