After moving in we hired this company to blow our the air ducts, they arrived on time and hooked everything up, things went very smoothly, no mess, and they even did the central vac upon request. Thank you!!

The punctuality of our staff is very important to us as we understand that people live very busy lives these days. I can confidently say that we make 99% of our appointments on time and the odd time we may not would be due to reasons beyond our control.

Cleanliness in a home is a big concern of ours as we don't want to burden our customers with the task of having to clean up after us. The odd time we get any blow back the technicians are equipped with cleaning equipment to ensure we leave your home as we found it.

Purchased a perfectly festive collection for my dinner parties, they have everything for every taste and occasion. Sturdy and elegant. Highly recommended. Prefer to hand wash but follow box instructions.

Lovely selection of tropical indoor plants. A good selection of vegetables and a descent variety of trees. Also a very good birding centre with seed, and accessories. Unfortunately I've had no luck with the tropical plants due to the palm parasites.

Consultation went very well, however window installation got pushed further and further and then they cancelled last minute due to personal excuses, finally when the day came they were misinformed about the wall around the window that was cut out (upon consultation to check for support beams) and had to contact boss to confirm that they promised to fix the wall as well. Once window was made without a frosted glass as per request. Took forever for the window to arrive later and had to keep calling company which forgot to put the order in. Very big run around at the holidays. Hesitating to go with them again to finish the job of the other remaining windows

Just moved, terrible carpet beetle infestation (probably 10!) on all carpets and every part of the house including garage and basement, Reliable let me know what to do, they sent their technician who sprayed every inch of the carpets and every room. I was planning on removing the carpets anyway but needed to get rid of the infestation first, they let me know when to remove the carpets and then I had a relapse of ones that didn't die and lived between the underpad. They came in and sprayed again and asked me to let them know how it goes. I removed all carpets and still found issues of larvae being alive, so they came back in once again and did a spraying and brought traps for the adults after ordering them for me. I highly recommend them!! It's been about two months and I still find dead ones but I know they're finally DEAD, these bugs are extremely hard to beat, I thought it would never end but with the help of Reliable I had hope, they're prices are great too!! Highly recommended.
