I bought the range and an extended service plan, the range broke in a month. Calls to their service people were not fruitful, calls to the Brick were met with untruths and the inability to solve the problem. They have zero customer service, Trans Global who they 'use' for repairs are incompetent. Buyer beware, go anywhere else. 16 days with no range and still waiting..although they did block me from twitter so I could not keep asking where the customer service was so I guess thats a response.
