Had 12 windows installed(vinylbuilt armor series).Gem had best price by a little,but the armor series shown was the best I thought.(ask to see the demo of how they insulate using the light bulb&spinner)its very eye opening.Every aspect of the experience was spectacular.From 1st meeting thru completion of installation I was treated in a manner that made me feel that my business mattered&in a genuine way,not superficial.My contact was Spiros(@ext23)&the 3man installation crew was led by Frank.I'd arrange deal with Spiros&request Frank to install.They had everything in&cleaned totally in6hrs(unlike furnace job where those guys left home very messy).They had roll out pads to protect carpets&you'd never have known any work went on that day.It was a tremendous relief to see that was how my home was treated&respected.That's a great term to describe how you feel by how you are treated-RESPECT.Also,I did more than check around.I got 7 estimates&GEM priced&impressed me the most so I chose them.It was the right choice for sure&I honestly believe it will be for you also.At the very least,make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you contact Spiros to see what's what for you before you make your final decision&choice.P.S.Theyre near 427&Queensway(etobicoke)
