Replaced a wood fireplace with a Napoleon gas. Fireplace West had a competitive price. Showed up on day and at time scheduled. The install went great and the process was just as Rob said - no surprises. Cleaned up well after installation and took care to protect my furnishings and floors. No disappointments.
