We have used Appliance Surgeons several times, and highly recommend this company. Both Lisa (administrator) and Tony (technician) are always polite and professional, and are very quick to respond when service is required. Tony really knows his appliances, and is always honest and straight-forward in his diagnosis of the problem. From our perspective as landlords, Tony has been great in his dealings with our tenants, while still always having our best interests as landlords in mind. We also very much appreciate that he does not go ahead and install any parts or do any work that might not be required in the end (for example, in the case of an appliance being past its prime and requiring too expensive a repair to justify keeping it), again a testament to his honesty and professionalism. Just recently, Tony gave us very helpful advice on the purchase of a new washing machine for a rental property. We would definitely have been purchasing the wrong machine if not for his very helpful information! We will continue to call on Appliance Surgeons when the need arises in the future, knowing that we’ll be receiving the best service possible!

We have been well served by Bruce Mechanical Ltd. for several years now, both at our primary residence, as well as at a rental property. Taylor at Bruce Mechanical Ltd. is always very pleasant and friendly, and does excellent work. One time I was looking after a neighbour's house while they were on vacation, and I noticed water leaking from their furnace humidifier. I needed someone to come on an emergency basis to fix the problem, and Taylor from Bruce Mechanical came out right away to provide his services. The company that the neighbour usually used to service their furnace said that they were unable to come to fix it any sooner than two days' time. Also, we had an issue with a furnace breaking down at a rental property, and once again Bruce Mechanical Ltd. had a guy sent out to the property within an hour. We are extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by Bruce Mechanical Ltd!

We met the RenovAction crew at a local home show. Of all the roofing companies we left our name with that day, Luc Lachapelle and Yvon from RenovAction were by far the most impressive. They showed up at our place for the consultation exactly on time, gave a very knowledgeable rundown of their business, and were well prepared to answer our questions. We immediately got a very good vibe from them. Also, they had mentioned at the home show that they'd send a couple of their guys out to measure our roof, and sure enough, the guys showed up when they said they would, and actually went up to measure the roof when it was snow-covered and not the easiest to access. They produced an accurate measurement and scale drawing of the roof within a day, which was most impressive. Another company giving us a quote relied on Google Earth, and they were off by 500 square feet, which put their estimate much higher. We like that Luc visits the work sites every day to make sure everything is going smoothly. We have our roofing project booked for next month, and are confident the RenovAction team will do an excellent job!

We needed a dumpster bin to remove some yard waste from our yard, and our experience with Capital Bins was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to do the online booking, and we received a call from Audrey (Office Administrator) almost immediately to confirm and arrange for a bin to be dropped off. The way the schedule worked out, we were actually given the bin for 7 days while only paying the 5-day rate, which was a nice bonus. The bin was delivered and picked-up again exactly on time, and the very polite and personable customer service provided by Audrey far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Capital Junk, and we will definitely be repeat customers!
