I called City Appliance in the evening as my fridge stopped working and was told they would be here the next morning around 11-1, as I needed to go to work he said he would call in advance to let me know when they were on the way so I could leave work. Got the call that they would be there between 12-12:30 and were here at 12:15. Mr. Magoo and his son were very friendly and kind. The switch to the compressor was replaced and fridge was working. A few hours later I noticed that it wasnt getting any colder, so called him back. He was here in a half hour and found that the compressor was shot. So instead of going out to buy a new fridge I had it repaired. Mr. Sagoo even reimbursed me for the switch he put in earlier which was a huge relief to me. Had a few chats as he was working and enjoyed the conversation. I definitely would recommend Mr. Sagoo to anyone and will call him again when needed.
