This company(Rich and Sean) were used by my GC. While the quality of their work was above standard, they had many projects on the go, so their actual arrival times were hard to rely on. Granted our renovation was well behind schedule, but we were very appreciative and accommodating of the extra hours they put in ( my wife bought them meals sometimes twice a day, to show our appreciation ). Near the end of the project they simply quit on us before finishing,leaving the GC to finish up. We knew due to their pretty consistent complaining, that their relationship was strained( not our problem ), and I didn't feel we deserved that treatment. Lucky for us, our GC was awesome! Overall I would hire them for kitchen install or trim work only. They need to upgrade their tiling skills(we went with someone else in the end) who was much more knowledgeable and quicker.

The install was one nightmare after another. Poor shotty work led to Enbridge shutting the gas off. We spent 4 days with no hot water and then they had the nerve to demand more money for the install. I have filed a complaint with the BBB case# 1200629.
