We are currently planning a kitchen reno that involves demolishing a wall. We weren't sure whether it was a load bearing wall or not, so we contacted Mohammad to help us with our plans. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He always responded promptly to my messages, and he showed up on time to see the wall. He took incredibly meticulous measurements, spending over an hour making sure he got all the details right. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain the options to us. After the inspection, he provided detailed blue prints for the proposed support beam that would be necessary if we demolished the wall. He created an amazing plan that suited the challenges of a support beam in our home. His plan allowed the beam and supports to be hidden/flush in the walls. Our contractor actually complimented the clarity/technical details of Mohammad's drawings. Moahmmad is a professional who stands behind his work. He honours his promises, is punctual, and friendly. If you want peace of of mind for your big reno, Mohammad is a great person to start your conversation with.

My wife and I had just purchased an older home that had an oil furnace, older water heater, and no AC. We were anxious about hiring the right company to do this major work, as it would represent an important and expensive investment in our new home. Andrew was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He worked accommodated our schedule so he could be there during one of our visits before we took possession. He did a phenomenal job explaining the systems to us, and never tried to upsell us on anything we didn't need. He helped us pick an appropriate Propane Furnace, Tankless water heater, and air conditioner for our home. However, what really impressed us about Andrew was his insight on the efficient placement of our new HVAC systems to maximize space in our basement. He had wonderful ideas about the install, and more importantly, he delivered on every single one. He took charge of this complex installation, and went above and beyond for us. He coordinated electrical work, duct work, oil tank removal, and even worked with our water filtration company to coordinate the placement of their items in the new utility room. He took care of every concern we had and took charge coordinating everything so we could focus on the move. As this entire process was brand new to us, we had many questions, which he always answered promptly. He even managed to get the oil removal company to leave the tank for us so we could sell it. The installation team was incredible as well. Rob and Gage showed up on time and worked incredibly hard each day to get the job done. They bent over backwards to help us coordinate the install with our Propane company and were professional, friendly, and approachable. They took the time to explain the systems to us afterwards, and we had absolute confidence in their professionalism and ability. Everyone we have met from A1 has been courteous, professional, and passionate. We owe A1 and their team a great deal. They made the entire process incredibly stress free, and our home is much more comfortable thanks to them!

My wife and I just moved into an older bungalow that is on well water. Having grown up with city water, this was an entirely new process for us. We found Crystalflow through Google and Homestars and reached out to them for water treatment options. Mike was a class act from the the very beginning, a true professional that is passionate about his career. He was polite, friendly, and took his time to explain everything to us. He came to the house and did a water and well test and gave us many options for how to correct the issues. He never tried to upsell us or force us into buying things we did not need. Once we had selected everything we wanted, we booked him for an installation. Our installation came with many challenges that Mike and his team had to overcome. He removed the old softener, water heater, well pump, and relocated all the new equipment to a new room that contained our HVAC (Which was also being installed that week). He coordinated with our HVAC company to ensure that everything was placed properly, and he did a phenomenal job. He showed up when he said he would and worked long hours every day to get the job done right. When it was done, he took his time to explain the new systems to us and answered our questions. The transformation to our water is incredible. We went from very hard water (that contained sulfur and iron) with poor water pressure to water that is better than what we had in the city. We can't believe what Mike was able to accomplish. Thank you Crystalflow for transforming our water and making our new home so comfortable!

My wife and I were anxious when it came to picking the right moving company for our move. We had some delicate pieces of furniture, art, and items of great sentimental value to us, and we had heard horror stories from friends who hired shady companies and had an awful experience. All of those concerns disappeared with Cargo Cabbie. Their estimate process was smooth and easy, and their Logistics Coordinator, Amanda, was always prompt, friendly, and professional when it came to our inquiries. She was always able to provide answers to our many questions, and helped us with details to obtain a special parking permit for their movers. On the day of the move, the movers arrived on time and immediately got to work. They never slacked off or tried to "run out the clock" to over charge us. They packed everything with extreme care, were incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. Ryan, one of the movers, could be heard telling the other movers, "Unpack as you go guys, we want to save these guys some money". In fact, by the time Ryan and his crew were done, we were charged significant less than our original estimate. When was the last time you heard of a company trying to save you money? The team went above and beyond during our move, and made it a stress free day. They even disassembled/reassembled some tricky pieces of furniture that we didn't think could be moved. At the end of the move, we did a walk around to check each item and ensure it was in good condition. Out of all our items, there was only some minor damage to an older wooden Muskoka chair. However, the team were upfront and honest about it and took full responsibility. Head office reached out to me the next day and they have taken it for repair (for free, we had the protection plan just in case). Every other piece of furniture was in amazing shape, including a large canvas painting we had. If you want piece of mind, this is the company to go with. They are honest, hard working, and professional. No hidden fees/costs, amazing care for your furniture and property (no damaged walls or scuffed floors). This company is an amazing example of everything a moving company should be. Thank you Cargo Cabbie for making our moving day stress free!

I'm writing this review literally hours after receiving service from Mike...that's how happy I am with his service. As a first time home buyer, this entire process is daunting and has a very steep learning curve, but Mike helped to put me at ease. He is everything that the other reviews say he is, professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous. He answered all my questions with ease and delivered a report hours after departing the site. Before he departed, he told me, "For as long as you own this home, I'm here for you" and I have to say, that I sincerely believe him. I highly recommend Mike to anyone seeking professional and courteous service.
