An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I recently hired Alliance flooring to install hardwood floors on the second and third floors of my home. My initial contact and correspondence with this company was with Timea via telephone and email which was very convenient given that I had limited free time over the summer. Timea was very friendly and helpful by offering me product information, suggestions and options for matching my new floors to the existing floors on my main level. After visiting the store, borrowing a few samples and having Lehel visit my home for an estimate, I decided to move forward with the installation. The order was prepared promptly and the installation dates were arranged to suit my schedule. The crew that came to complete the installation was prompt, efficient and courteous. To my delight, everything was completed two days ahead of the projected schedule and the result is beautiful. The crew tidied the work area before leaving. I am more than pleased with the results.
