I read the reviews here, which were very favourable, and decided to give it a shot. In the past, I've had real problems getting contractors to fix more minor problems (less that $1k jobs). The repair person from Mr. Roof Repair called to confirm the appointment and showed up as agreed. He was able to fix the problem - popped nails and poor sealing of a vent - without me coming home. He was also able to provide an opinion and photos to demonstrate that the roof installed by a previous owner was not done well and will have to be replaced soon. I will certainly call Mr. Roof Repair when I have to get it replaced.
