An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We recently had our furnace and ducts cleaned by Modern PURAIR here in Calgary and let me tell you that it was a wonderful experience! Normally I do not write these, however after receiving a service that was so far above the normal, I had to tell people. Having had my ducts cleaned before, the level of service, effort and detail that this company did was exceptional and praiseworthy! Their representative, Bruce, was on time, friendly and very professional. He was thorough at explaining the service and its benefits and all options available.
