Moe and his staff were 100% professional, clean, and courteous. They have the proper insurance, WSIB coverage, and ESA certification. They were also on time on the morning that the work started. They were working outside installing pot lights in our soffits, and in the middle of the day, a massive thunderstorm came through our area. Instead of calling it quits and leaving for the day (which most workers would do), they waited it out and got back to work as soon as it stopped. Special shout out to Nima (crew leader) for taking good care of us. This is an excellent company, run by excellent people. I highly recommend them.

We are first time pool owners, and I have to say that our experience with Pool Craft has been amazing from our first contact with Jason all the way to our recently completed 'Pool School' session with Chris. Through the entire process, we were ALWAYS afforded all the time we needed to decide on issues and details along the way. We have numerous friends that have told us horror stories about their pool installations over the years - which just makes Pool Craft that much more rewarding to deal with. They have a no BS approach to everything, and we appreciate it.
