We had a leaky faucet in the bathroom for a while and Jim was recommended to us by another family member who used this comany. Jim was extremely friendly and professional. He gave us an honest opinion regarding a quick fix versus getting it replaced. Since we had some outdated knobs he had to hunt around a bit for the parts, and was able to fix the problem. Also, he recommended we install a moen bathroom tap since they have a lifetime warranty. Jim and his colleague both installed and replaced everything in under 20 minutes.
