My earlier experience with this company was sub-par. But they have won me over with the most recent contact with them. I have bee with GrNf Alarms for 13 years, and has remained with them mainly due to my lack of interest in finding another provider company. I was adamant to change this time, but changed my mind due to their much improved customer service. Company employees were knowledgeable and helpful, and were willing to work to retain a long-time customer. I was happy to give them another chance

They were very helpful and friendly, answering any questions that I had. They gave me great advice on what to purchase as well as how to save money doing it. I was assisted as soon as I entered the store, and had little to no wait. Great store...has everything you need!
