What a smooth talker please don't be fooled. He invented excuses from traffic issues to supplier issues to down right firing his "office staff" to condone being late to start and leaving during the job for months on end.The trouble with Steve is he thinks he is smarter then his poor unsuspecting customers and their families. Talks about warranties hell if you can get him to show up to do deficiencies then count your lucky stars. Had over 10,000 worth of work quoted paid him in full as he had to make "payroll" just before Christmas and quote on quote he would be back next week to do the deficiencies and trust me there are LOTS. Of course he hasn't showed up after numerous missed appointments. It has been over 9 months and no response from him. Don't let this guy and his company cause you the grief it has caused myself and my family, if only I had been lucky enough to know this before I made the mistake of hiring him. Buyer beware :(
