My fridge was sounding an over temp alarm 2 weeks ago so I turned it off with the doors open for 24 hrs to let it thaw. When I plugged it in again, everything was fine for about 2 weeks when the alarm sounded again, so I called JSN Appliance Repair based on their rating in Homestars. They promptly called me back and arranged a visit the next evening. Ayman showed up as promised and did a VERY complete inspection and testing, showing me what he was doing and why. As it turned out, it could have been a door left ajar or some of the vents blocked off because there was no frost discovered nor any problem with the defrost system. None the less, it was a lot of time and labour involved. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of this experience. Ayman was courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All this for just the cost of a basic service call. I couldn't let him leave without a thankyou tip. I recommend JSN Appliances to everyone as the number one choice for appliance repair.
