I hired them to troubleshoot some problems with a dimmer switch and GFI in a bathroom and they found the problems quickly and had the parts ready to change out.

Trico built my wife and I a beautiful home in Airdrie. It was a spec home model that was the same as their show home. Even though it was spec home, changes were made for us even in the middle of framing. They moved walls that were already made and did other upgrades. All the finish design was customizable. I had friends that bought a spec home from Excel in Cochrane. The foundation wasn't even poured in theirs but they couldn't make any changes. The only thing they could pick was their design PACKAGE. I feel like we picked a better builder. Also I was very impressed at their committment to make sure that I had the house I asked for. They proved this when they scraped the stipple off the ceiling to make it knock down 1 week before possession.
